Terra

Terra is one of my best friends at school. She is also in my photo class, so we end up modeling for each other a lot. Luckily for me, Terra happens to be a dancer. Because of this, I have fun incorporating elements of her graceful movements in my pictures. Above are some of my favorite shots I took of her.

Love Me, Love Me

Here is a picture I took of my dog Coco a few weeks ago. Pictures of pets and dogs in general can get redundant in people's photography. I think part of this reason is because each owner feels that strong love and tenderness toward their pet, therefore, why wouldn't every one else? I see exactly where we are all coming from, and as evidence above, I fall into this dilemma at times as well. But I chose to post this picture because of the humanistic expression on her beautiful face. Just like in the title of the post and picture, "Love Me, Love Me," her urgency and need for adoration comes through the camera from her attentive eyes and knotted brow. Don't worry though, right after I took this picture I gave her a big hug and a kiss.
